Ive attached a few photos of this 2021 P Crossing the Delaware Quarter that appears to show the side burn being extended. Not sure I have seen this on any of the other quarters checked for this year. Or, is it the old PMD at work? Thanks as always.

If you are talking about the thing in front of the face I think this is die clash, I don't remember how is called but I know it is self die chash, don't remember where I read that information either. You can find small die clash in front of the coin too on the neck (throat) look at my coin: (My apologies for uploads those images in your thread)

Nice catch on the die clash Gigi! I think the OP is talking about the length of the "sideburn" or hair... on the OP's coin, it appears to hang down almost to the chin, whereas on Gigi's coin it only appears to hang down to the the nose (Gigi's coin on left, OP's coin on right):

That "sideburn extension" is neat. I wonder if it might be Struck Through Grease or some other material which caused the coins intended design to go all "wonky"?
