Attached are photos of a 1999 P Nickel that show some form of doubling by Jefferson Chin and Neck. Also, on the Reverse the top of the memorial seems to show same. Is this the same as the 1957 Penny with abrasion doubling, Mechanical Doubling or something else worth keeping in collection?

Thanks as always.

I'm thinking machine doubling--obverse and reverse. What's going on with Jefferson's nostrils?

I'll guess Machine Doubling, as well as Die Deterioration.
