1960 D RPM, FS# 502, Stage C (EMDS) Memorial cent
V V- http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20L...0DRPM001.htm

I bought quit a few original rolls (44D, 45D, 55D, 60D, 72P) back in March(?) at auction that were described by the seller as they having acquired over a hundred rolls in the early 90's. They opened the tails/tails rolls because they couldn't honestly sell them even though they knew what was marked for each group of rolls. As they opened the tails/tails rolls they had an idea of which varieties to reasonably expect in the unopened rolls. Many of the rolls had FS varieties in them and that was what I found when opening some of the rolls I won.
These rolls at auction had one end with a visible date.

I won multiple 1960D (Large Date) rolls and two that I have opened had a single FS# 502. (Other varieties in both rolls included RPM-002 & 005. There was at least one other RPM with notched serifs, but I didn't take the time to figure it out, since there are so many for the year.)

Anyways, thanks for looking and hopefully you pick up some useful info as I babble on. Enjoy!

"Ain't no doubt" on this RPM. I like it a lot. Good luck on the remaining rolls.
