Please orient your photos correctly. Reviewing a sideways image makes me want to just ignore it.
All serial numbers are unique. What makes a difference in potential value is whether or not they are true 'fancy' serial numbers.
Your first bill, while an interesting combination of four duplicate numbers, is not IMO fancy. Plus the circulated state is a big negative.
Your second bill is practically worn out. In my view it's worth $1

The first one is semi-fancy but not worth much in this condition. Don't think the second one has any added value at all.

Both notes are worth $1 each.

If you collect strictly from circulation and you like them, then keep them. As the others have stated, they're interesting and "kinda" fancy but they're in less than collectible condition, which is important for modern notes.

Odds of finding a valuable note in everyday circulation today are next to nothing.

AFAIK binary notes, like your second one, are considered (marginally) fancy, but in this condition approximately nobody is going to want it.
I can't think of a good name for the pattern on your first note; IIRC it's not usually classified as fancy despite being exactly as rare as a radar. Probably not collectible in this state but (given the low denomination) definitely interesting enough to keep if found in circulation.

@Trebest70,
I only collect modern notes from circulation, most are in similar conditions like yours, as SteveInTampa said "If you collect strictly from circulation and you like them, then keep them."

They only cost a dollar, so keep them if you like them.
