Not sure about this quarter. Looks like strike through on motto and date, or just a worn die, but obverse edge has some curling like a Dryer Coin. There is no noticeable damage to the reeded edge.
The Reverse also looks like a worn die, but "E PLUIBUS UNUM" looks like Struck Through Grease.

Lots going on. To me, it looks like mechanical wear/flattening plus a Rim Fin or maybe Cud on the obv and die wear on the rev.

Die Deterioration is a major culprit here.

It's severe Die Deterioration, along with a Rim Cud, on the obverse. Just for future references, you shouldn't hold a coin with your bare fingers. Oil from your skin will get on it and leave a fingerprint behind. Wear gloves or handle by the edge only.
