I'll say high AU details (rim damage).

AU Details damage. I see plenty of rim dings, scratches, and misc damage that would certainly detail this example.

That's one of the nicest 1A2's I've ever seen. These are rarely found in higher circulated grades, much less AU.
I'd grade it AU53. It might not straight grade, but it's 100% a keeper regardless.

Don't see it straight-grading, but I'd sure like to see it submitted.

Definitely worth grading (and attribution on the holder is strongly recommended) -- this VAM series (1A, E Clash) commands a sizeable premium in higher grades, details or otherwise.

I don't know Jack about Morgan's but I really like the die clashing on the reverse. This is a details coin I'd be happy to own.

I can tell you that it straight graded. Perhaps the saving grace was that the big rim hit appears to be pre-circulation? I honestly don't know if they take that into account but I'm grateful regardless.

If it straight graded, and it shouldn't be, it had to be netted for the rim damage which is severe. XF45.

I see no reason to grade this

Quote: I see no reason to grade this wait a second...the title reads "You vs. PCGS" so that leads me to believe it's already graded....
