Looking over my Franklin's and this one caught my attention. The "2" appears either repunched or "2 over _"? Almost reminds me of the 1942/1 Mercury dime. Has anyone seen this before and suggest a cause, rarity, etc.? Worth grading?

I see what looks like a 2 over a tilted 5....but we both know that's not possible.
So maybe some of that gunk around that area fell off and the toning is giving us this look.

Worth grading....heck no and very few coins actually are...IMO

Your 2 has the same effect as the top of the word trust which is just DDD.
