Yea I figured now in the back side of the Y in liberty does that not look odd or eyes playing tricks lol

Would you guys/gals call this a bie cent, with it having (what I believe is) a die crack between the E and R....also nice looking reverse with an attached roof and multiable steps.
Good looking coin...nice hole filler if needed

A BIE cent is a die chip between the B and E. If it is anywhere else, it isn't a BIE.
