I'm assuming there's no value over face for an '82 D Kennedy h.alf. It looks pretty nice for a coin that's been in circulation for 43 years Photos stink....
Wish it didn't have the FG. Most people dislike this particular demonination, right?

Pretty much a face value coin. If you stumble across a 1970-D or 1987-P or D, they are NIFC. Saying it has been "in circulation" for 40+ years is a little misleading, because they rarely circulate. This one may have sat in a collection for a while before being turned loose. Usually you can easily tell which halves have sat in sock drawers and which ones have rattled around casinos. Some folks actually like the Kennedy halves, but after more than 60 years, it might be time for a new design.

Maybe it will make a nice album hole filler but that's about it.

Do the 1976 Bicentennial Kennedys have any extra value?

Only if in high Mint State condition - there were just too many of them minted to be worth a premium for circulated or AU coins.

Normal coin, but it's in pretty nice shape.

I like Kennedy halves. I don't go out of my way to collect them, but I do try to keep a Kennedy Dansco album current with fresh specimens.
