Could be Die Deterioration Doubling on the mint mark.

I have a feeling this cent might have been reprocessed ( re-plated ) Poster do you have an opinion on this ?

Could be - them scratches are just as bright as the rest of the cents surfaces.

Are we sure this isn't Variety Vista 1943-S RPM-002 / Copper Coins 1943S-1-MM-002 / Wexler WRPM-005? The mm position looks right, and the scratch and die chip above the mm look right, but the mm itself looks a bit different. Wexler notes three different stages of this one, but doesn't have any photos.

Definitely not RPM-002. I looked through all the RPM's on the big three sites and could not find anything. Pretty sure this is a combination of what others are saying, Die Deterioration and issues from being re-plated.
