@dou, all kidding aside, you know that this cent doesn't have a mint mark, right? If not, then pls let us know what you are questioning--perhaps the designer initials?

There's no mint mark. Your cent is normal and is from the Philadelphia mint. The only time the Lincoln Cent had a P mint mark was in 2017.

What mint mark? This Philly minted cent does not have one.

and yes, the date looks normal. DDD on these newer zinc cents have a strange look.
