Hi, found this nickel in pocket change and I'm really not sure what I'm looking at.
1)Are these a full step?
2)Is this DD/MD(?) in the E PLURIBUS UNUM, Date, MM, IN GOD, STATES OF AMERICA,
3) in the last image of the MONTICELLO, on the right top corner I'm not sure if its PMD or something else?

I'm seeing a combination of mostly Die Deterioration Doubling and maybe some Machine Doubling. Yours wouldn't be considered Full Steps, since there's too many dings and hits.

Not full steps, there are breaks in the steps.
That is Machine Doubling on the letters.
Everything else can be attributed to damage.

I believe that halo around the reverse lettering is Die Deterioration Doubling. The die face is slowly melting under the stress of repeated striking.

Newer nickles have full steps so it's not a rarity like it used to be.

1999P's must've been the worst condition dies ever used! I think it's more difficult to find one without MD and DDD than with!
