But why did they use a 1998, again unless they did a whole set. And who is the PSS on the label? Is Mike using NGC instead of ANACS now? Is the slab plastic tinted green? Having jumped the shark (and all of them have done this, especially with the TraderBea stuff, so don't just blame NGC), labels are labels and coins are coins, and the two rarely seem to be related. Even ordinary submitters can make "special", um, stuff.
