I found this guy in my pocket change earlier and spotted the doubled forehead & face right away. unfortunately though my microscope is broken so these are the best pics I can get at the moment. I haven't done this in quite some time so I thought I'd just ask you experts for your opinion. thanks in advance.

Looks like Slide Doubling, a form of Machine Doubling. A nice example worth keeping. https://www.error-ref.com/slide-doubling/

Looks to be a rather strong instance of Machine Doubling, yes. Very cool.

Okay I looked at your link for slide doubling and I dont see a resemblance to be honest. The examples of slide doubling in that link showed the doubled edge as smeared in all examples & mine has zero smearing.

I just now noticed the "In God We Trust" looks to be extra thick. Does that show doubling to?

Also in the slide doubling examples on that link you can see the whole coin has shifted whereas mine doesn't show movement on anything else.

ERRERS AND VARIETIES,
Okay I did some more research on slide doubling & seen other examples that do look like mine. I had never heard of slide doubling before today. I wasn't trying to question your knowledge on the subject. It was just the difference between those examples in your link & my coin had me confused because they looked so different. So I apologize for questioning your input.
