1941 Lincoln Cent Looks Like A DDR

Looks like a DDR with elongated dots and thickened letters but it doesn't seem to be a very strong example. I didn't try looking it up yet as they all look pretty much the same to me and the cent is worn.

It doesn't look like a DDR. Nor do the dots look elongated.
All is evident here is the flattening due to circulation ware just as seen on the obverse devices, it op were to enlarge the obverse devices then the similarities would become evident.

Just look at the thickness of the legs on the E, thickness on the L (called a hockey stick) and thickness on the bottom of the U's.
