I always grade PCGS' True View about a C+.

As for the coin, the contact marks look pretty consistent with a mid-UNC, so I'm leaning toward MS-63 IF it is uncirculated.

The obverse has some discoloration on the cheek, lower curls, hair behind the ear, eyebrow, and feather tops. The problem is that the reverse doesn't show as much discoloration, just a little on the lower leaves, wreath bow, and possibly the higher relief grains. What really makes me pause, though, is the discoloration in the obverse fields. It isn't matched by the reverse fields, but they are more protected by the design. That would suggest AU-58.

With True Views, I wrestle with the AU/UNC distinctions because of the color overload on those images. So the best I can say here is either AU-58 or MS-63.

the photos portray an MS64 coin. since its a TV, i'll say MS63

I grade your photos A+. I still see the discoloration on the obverse, but the reverse looks definitely uncirculated. My hunch is that the obverse is cabinet rub.

The scratches to the left of the portrait and left ribbon end are the issues. The reverse is better than the obverse because the design protected the fields better.

I've seen PCGS grade these at MS-61 or more commonly MS-62 with similar scratches. I've also seen PCGS grade some of these at MS-63 with similar scratches. To my eyes, on a bourse floor this looks MS-62, and on the higher end for the grade.
