This in no big deal to most nickel searchers ..... but I have been looking forever for a 1938-P Jefferson. Today I finally bagged one.
Cripes ..... this coin has been haunting me ..... but she showed up today as I passed through 105,600 coins searched.
I now have a 38P ...... four (4) coins left to complete my circulation strike Jefferson from bank rolls (38S, 42S, 43D, 44D).
Tell us ...... what do you need to complete your nickel collection?

Congrats! You're a little bit closer to completing your goal! I need a 2009D for my first set and 1939D, 2009P&D for my second set!

Congrats on finding that 38. I knew it would be along soon, you were long overdue. I suspect you'll be finished looking soon for those other four. I need a no S 1971 Proof nickel.  |

Congratulations Nickelsearcher! While I too only lack four: the 39D, 44S, 50D, and 51S, you have found the two toughest and I have not. Thus, I have a strong feeling you will beat me to completing your circulation set. Congratulations again and best of luck!

Finished my first set, working on my second album now. Still need 1938, 1939 D, 1942 P and 2005 D Bison. Also P&D for 2009 which I guess will float in soon, I think, Maybe ?

My sources for coins in the US are trying to find a 2009 P & D for me since being over in the UK, I can't search for myself.

CONGRATS Nickelsearcher!  I need a 1944D, 1944S, 2009P & 2009D. Since all my other War Nickels are UNC, I want these to be also. I have posted in the Want to Buy section that I want these. |

WAY TO GO, NICKELSEARCHER!!  I knew it wouldn't be long before you found that one. And, the others that you need I have found all of them (except for the 38s) at least once in the last few weeks. You will have that set in no time! |
