Thanks jbuck.

Just finished the box. That was my only score, but I'll take it.

How come there are so many proofs in circulation? Are they all from people breaking open proof sets to spend them?

Not all of them. Some may have been broken out by a collector and put into albums first.

Regardless of where the collector kept them, they are usually spent by uneducated thieves or heirs. Although I feel it is unlikely, some may have come from desperate collectors who did not want to spend the time to liquidate them properly.

Did another $30 and got nothing.

Anyway, here's the pics of the 1969 Roosevelt dime I found last time. I think it might be PMD rather than a legit missing clad layer error but I just want to make sure so here's some pictures for you guys to see.

Best box for me yet. I average about 1.5 per box

Today's box, 6 rosies.

57D, 59, 60D, 62D, 63D x 2

The 57D is borderline being a little better than junk.

The rest are "just silver".
