Here is a tough little coin to come by. Far scarcer than the 75-CC, but the price remains low because of those two magical little letters. I think people just assume since it's from Philly, the CC has to be tougher which is not the case for this coin. A nice, unmolested example. Has a considerable amount of mint luster underneath the toning. Although this post is not about grading, I think this could go anywhere between 45 and 55 on any given day.

Gorgeous. I'd be bragging too, if I were you. Have a look about for posts regarding axial lighting. I suspect this coin would really pop if photographed that way.

Fantastic coin. I love the P ones myself! Much tougher than CC. Yours looks like a very nice AU. I'm still looking for coins just like that to add to my 20-cent mini-hoard.

Nice. That's definitely an AU and they only made around 37,000 of them. A true rarity.

Great coin, I'd grade it at AU-53.

Not trying to slam this coin, but I am concerned about the pits in the center of the stars on the obverse.

I don't really see any issue there at all. The stars are more like flower petals, but when worn they flatten and do not show what is shown here.

A very nice, original double dime! very hard to find that nice, esp. the philly mint.
