I like that you added the Sacagawea page and finished the set, this is a great set and I want to do it eventually but I don't see myself even attempting it for a year or two. I don't want to end up doing like 10 half complete sets so I am sticking with the 2 right now the 7070 and the modern commemorative dollar (the modern commemorative halves I am going to buy a page to put in my 7070 for) and those sets are going to take me at least another year or more to complete.

should be easy as some of the mintmarks cost the most, since this one doesn't have to have it, will be easy and cheap

If ever there was an old thread worth bumping, it is this one. Thanks for allowing me to relive the joy. Yes, I this album is still on my "to do" list.

I somehow missed this when it was new. And it should have stayed buried!!! darn all of you! Do you know how many albums I have working already? Its easy enough for me to fluff off the 7070 as thats one I will likely never manage, and I know it. THIS one however, is doable. ARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Everyone, SRD has a disease. We need to be supportive and not tempt him with such things!

I like how the Eisenhower dollar album is on the end, leaning all cool and casual, as if to say, "Look at me, you know you want to."

I have that problem too get easily sidetracked and start another set, like I should just focus on my 7070 until its done but of course I started a commemorative dollar set and each of those coins cost $35-40 and with what I have spent on those so far I could have easily added a VF Trade dollar to my 7070. And then I started a Sacagawea set because I loved the 2012 reverse, easy set to do as the coins only cost me $2 a mint mark but the album cost me $25 that could have been a nice 1891 XF Seated dime I saw today haha. Its an addiction, I want to do this set and an ike set and redo a franklin set and the list goes on an on.

HAHA!! I am loving it! Smoke you must have hundreads of dollars tied up in those dansco's!! But they do look sharp brother. I almost spilt my drink reading these last few comments, especially when you said only 1 is done. I am the exact same way. I don't have but two Dansco's and I just got them today. I started out in what I would call the poor boy/newbie way, and thats going to Barnes and Nobel, and Books a Million and buying the Silver and Black Harris Folders. Then I got really happy when I saw a nice 50 State Quarters Album, so I bought that one. Well I join CCF and see all these fancy Dansco's and I'm like man. All the money I spent on those cheapy folders, could have bought me maybe 1 dansco? But its all good. I love this hobby so much, and like you SIRDIZZY, I find myself torn between which coin/coins to buy. My wife got upset with me Friday because I went to the local Silver/Gold Shop because I new I had this Dansco Morgan dollar Date set coming in, and I wanted to try and fill some holes. Well I end up spending $198.00. I got 3 used morgans, 1 64 Kennedy, and a few Barber quarters and half dollars. I bought the other coins to "COMPLETE" my son and myself's Twenith Century Coins Album.. and yes its in a Crappy black and gray Harris Album. Well she was upset because she didn't have a set for her, so Saturday I have to go to Barnes and Nobel and get her one. Well now its Pay day "ya for U.S. Army" so now I want to get a few more Morgans for my album, but she wants her set done. Also I am trying to finish up my Kennedy Collection, I'm about 12 of those shy of an entire set, and I'm still looking for 8 more quarters to compelete my second set of 50 State Quarters. So I am glad to see I am not the only one trying to figure out what to do with my monthly coin budget!!

Jm I bought one of those 20th century folders for my little boy who is 3. Every time I upgrade a coin in my 7070 I put it in his folder for his first starter set. Like recently I just bought a au58 Standing Liberty quarter for my 7070 so I put my vg 1930 Slq in his folder.

Hey dizzy, thats cool stuff man. Glad to see your building your son a set also. My boy is only 19 months old, so he still has a way to go before he can understand all this. I just feel good about putting stuff up for him, and then one day when he is older, get all my coins, and guns down and go over them with him, because almost everything in my safe rather a gun, or coin has a story to it, and thats just special stuff that only a son and his father can share. Cheers to you and your boy!

Yea when I did a type set like 10 years ago when I would upgrade I would just sell the downgrade, its a lot more fun to put the downgrade in a set for my son plus its kind of fun to do a lower grade circulated set.
