Ok got these from my recent road trip. Hopefully someone can chime in here.

First Up. Roosevelt dime which looks as if it has some sort of splash damage to it. Could be PMD but the coin looks too fluid to be that. Its almost as if something didnt blend right on the Die and it gave it a Welding Slag look.

Next Up: 1968 Kennedy 40% Half, Almost Uncirculated. This half looks extremely nice, as if it was pulled from a bag not too long ago and thrown into the Wild. Feels like silver, rings like silver, but weighs 11.23g? Someone chime in here on this one cause its the ONLY 40% I have that weighs this little.

And lastly can any of you guess what happened to this Half? I do believe I know. It has a dead almost hollow sound like a Magicians coin. Under a 10x Loupe you see spots of Copper that seem like it has seeped through the cad layer. You also see this seepage on the rim of the coin as well. A little underweight at 11.18g

May have been splashed with soldier on it. No such thing as splash damage from the mint. It had to be done PMD.
1965-1970 halves are 40% silver. Copper coin inside.
1974 is a clad coin. Looks like it has some enviromental damage. Spend it!

1) post-mint damage
2) I do not remember the 40% planchet tolerance off-hand but it is probably at the low end of tolerance
3) severe corrosion
