Got these in today. Man, I know the "Carver" is a very common coin. But the cartwheel effect on this is amazing. It looks MS to me. I just wish it was a better strike. It was only 16.60$ to my door.

I really like the unique look of the 84 dollar, not your typical look that so many coins have.

I don't know what you paid, but to answer SD.... they often go for just a very small premium over spot silver price if you look around for it long enough

Chewyduck: I note that you share the same competitive spirit that my wife and I also share! Our dog misses out: he is locked behind the gate.

BTW, that is a real nice Carver for the price. In Australia, I am looking for one myself. I have about a dozen U.S. half dollar commems: things like Bay Bridge, SD Exposition, Stone Mountain, Monroe Doctrine, etc.
