I have the 7a as well but no it's not that one. This is the Vam-19a or is known as the Vam-19.2 for the second die pair in the CC book. The 19a is a late die state with a radial die break running from the rim into the cap band. It's said to be the hardest 1878 cc to find. I think that that is very true, I think I have looked at 85% to 90% of all E-bay sales,Heritage and Teletrade over the last 1 1/2 years. This is the first one I have seen in any grade. I will have it in hand Tuesday and post better pic's of the crack the internet photos stink.

Kenny turned me on to this one. It's a Bay grab. Now I just need the Vam-18 in good grade.

I use a Canon EOS 3D and a standard lens. Hand held and for the close ups I hold a lope in front of the lens and double focus. Then just crop to what part of the coin I am looking at and size. It works for me and I hate setting up a tripod.
