Now I am starting to understand why some don't like True View. At least these pictures accentuate the flaws of the coin--although in hand it looks much better.

The photos show a lot of fine hairlines which are probably less visible in-hand. They look like scratches but don't appear to cross the devices, so maybe they are die polishing lines. In that case they should not impact the grade.
Flaws seem limited to minor surface disturbance across the portrait plus some dark flecks (carbon spots?). Those might preclude a gem grade. I'd go with PR-64 Cameo.

The 1878 is an underrated proof-only. I could see PCGS capping this one at PR-63 CAM because of the cabinet rub on the cheek and spotting, but it's better than that. IMHO, raw, it's PR-64+ CAM.

I am glad you guys are more conservative. I especially appreciate the opinions of those who hold to high standards. This coin looks great in person and even bears the green bean.
