I think he makes MS-63RD maybe 64? There's a couple of distracting carbon spots on the reverse below AMERICA. Am I close or am I way off? Thanks for looking! smat

I agree with frog Ms-63rb
I've been collecting for a couple years (2017). Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set: "knowledge is power" -Thomas Jefferson | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Luckily, what is below AMERICA is not what is known as "carbon spots", just staining -- And if it was, I would recommend not sending it to a TPG [if that is your intent].

 with all of them 63RB. an 09VDB needs to be at least 65RD to warrant grading costs

Agree with MS-63. The amount of color can be hard to judge from photos, but it looks RB to me.

i can see the RB and everyone else did also. either the original photos are not accurate as everyone put this coin at 63. you had the coin in hand and also called 63 or 64.
the original photos are showing blotchy surfaces on both sides, spotting on the obv fields and the carbon spots under AMERICA. can't see this at 65 using the photos presented. at best a 64RB. I think PCGS blew it again.
