I don't think I ever posted my colonial. It was my second purchased coin, got it earlier this year.

P.S.-- I haven't dropped off the face of the earth, I've been totally sidetracked and smitten by ancient coins. Dear Lord, I've got it BAD! C'mon by the ancients board for a visit. You might like it

I began by lurking, then playing Guess the Emperor and Guess the God, then I bought some uncleaned Roman and Greek coins...now I'm in deeeeeeeep.

Not a classic US coin, but check out this incredible huge 2nd century B.C. bronze coin I recently obtained-- 44mm and almost 100 grams! https://goccf.com/t/156462

Even tho it's not a classic coin, I bought the 2013 Canadian Loonie from an ebay seller. It was at auction for $1 starting bid with free shipping. I won it at $1. Since I felt bad for the guy I sent him another $1 to help cover shipping.

Not gonna post a picture, but I got my BU 1970-2010 Roosevelt dimes in the mail. Now all I need are a few of the silver ones to have the set in BU.

Thanks Ray!
It has a golden tone if you hold it right.

@Muddler, nice looking 2013 ASE! I like how it got the neat black cameo.

Recently got my 2nd CC Morgan, an 1884. NGC Graded MS64. It has all the characteristics of a VAM 4B, spiked 1 & 8, Die break E, and pinned wing gouge. I'm getting better at VAMing but am limited to what I can pick up with my 10x loop. I'm planning to attend the Whitman Philly Expo in a few weeks. With all luck I can pick up a 82 and I'll have the 3 most common CC's. All-Members,-Post-Your-Most-Recent-US-Coin-Purchases!

Here is a bust half for my 7070 - the best I could afford right now. Thoughts?
