Has anybody else been able to access with login on ANACS website?
I sent an email Monday, they indicated there are swiftly looking into the problem.

Yep and a notice to call about orders as online is down currently.
The one thing I don't like about ANACS = their website, slow antiquated not much info, displays funny on Safari and Firefox on my Macs, can't check cert #'s of ANACS coins, in general just a dog of a website. PCGS is top notch along with NGC but you gotta pay for everything at NGC at least PCGS gives a lot of free info away.

Yes, the ANACS site sure could use some updating and modernizing. I find it displays odd too and is lacking a lot of info that they should be showing. I guess the reduced fees they charge don't allow them to make enough of a profit to keep their web site up-to-date.

Just tried and my past order info was there.
There is a scrolling message that they will be closed next week, but I got in with no problem first try.
Maybe you guys made their naughty list?

I haven't had any problems logging in but I agree the site seems awkward, without much interesting content. I think ANACS should have a lot of archival information available, such as Counterfeit Detection articles that could be added to the site for essentially zero cost. They could make the site a nice browsing destination. My current ANACS issue is that my 10-coin Economy submission they received on 11/03 is still processing. I included a couple error coins which I presume might be slowing down their graders.

Jaobler - my coins were submitted on the same day as yours. Please post when your order status changes.

Quote: Jaobler - my coins were submitted on the same day as yours. Please post when your order status changes. I spoke with ANACS today and they promise my coins will ship this week. They report this year's "fall special" (10 coins for $100 with free return shipping) generated twice as many submissions as expected so they were somewhat overwhelmed. Hopefully we won't have to wait much longer.

Hmmm...I submitted 13 coins for the OCT Special; ANACS received 10/17/2011 and shipped them back 11/8/2011 (less than a month turnaround time). Then there was the 25th Anniversary ASE thing going on...

I am still waiting on mine as well. The 25th Anniversary deal they did for the TV peddler is what set them back. My coins are in process, grading. Please post up when yours arrive.

Hah! The website reports my coins have shipped and I'm pretty pleased with the posted grades. I'll put up some photos after I get them back. I had posted some of them at various times on CCF so it will be interesting to see how the ANACS grades compare to our in-house expert opinions!

My lot shipped today from Colorado (ANACS). I see the coin numbers, but no grades online. Any way to find out the grades prior to package arriving?
