A Morgan dollar is about the size of the top of a soda can. But an Ike is the same size as a morgan. Ty |

the morgan seems to be a little heavier than the ike though but they are the same size. if you will email me your address I will send you one, cant have a member here thats never held a Morgan

Thank you nancy, I was just curious to the size, since I see here lots of members collect them. I didn't think someone would offer to give one of their's up. It was not my intention. I was totally suprised! And from the bottom of my heart to the depth of my soul I thank Bryan. Oh darn, I got something in my eye....:)

TLS5933, I'm sure that is true, but as for me I am happy to have ONE. At the prices these days I couldn't afford to start collecting them. So one is enough for me. Edited by Mila_cent

Morgan dollars are 38mm in size. Our silver eagle is 40mm in size so that should give you some idea how large the Morgan is.
