Hi,
I have never held or seen a Morgan dollar in person, but seen them in posts.
My question...is the Morgan dollar the size as a Kennedy half, Ike
Thanks.

A Morgan dollar is about the size of the top of a soda can. But an Ike is the same size as a morgan.

Wow!! Mila, lucky you. I bet if all of us members who, like you, have never held or seen a Morgan, posts that info here, Bryan will pretty soon have none left.

Thank you nancy, I was just curious to the size, since I see here lots of members collect them. I didn't think someone would offer to give one of their's up. It was not my intention. I was totally suprised! And from the bottom of my heart to the depth of my soul I thank Bryan. Oh darn, I got something in my eye....:)

TLS5933, I'm sure that is true, but as for me I am happy to have ONE. At the prices these days I couldn't afford to start collecting them. So one is enough for me.

Morgan dollars are 38mm in size. Our silver eagle is 40mm in size so that should give you some idea how large the Morgan is.

Careful, you get one, you're gonna get hooked! Voice of experience here... Got one in the Easter basket as a kid, still hoarding them today.
