The listing does say that the 1930,25 and the 1946 coins are copies

To be fair it does mention in the description that the 1925, 1930 and 1946 pennies are copies and have been inscribed as such. Although that is still against ebay rules

I don't know of the seller, although the address is only a few kilometres from where I live. Why on Earth would you want to ebay a genuine 1930 penny? Therefore, I agree with MobOfRoos. For most of us, the only way to get a '30 penny if you want one, is to buy a fake. OK, if the price is right, and that is your cup of tea. If I buy fakes, it is with the intention of adding them to my black collection, for my own education. They have to be sold to me as fakes, at the right price. I would like a lot more info on the condition of the other coins before considering a bid.

If the picture in the listing is all he's prepared to show, he's just a w*nk*r. Seriously, for all those coins he puts up one piddling picture with only slanted views showing. The zoom function is next to useless. No returns or exchanges - Buyer beware.

I don't know if he goes on your list Nancy. He does have some good items. Check out his completed listings. I am interested to see what this fetches. I have two, similar albums for sale at my market stall; one without '25, '30 and '46 and the other with '25 and '46. Will be good to see a price comparison. Difference is potential market buyer can see coins directly. On ebay, you have to be wary with no decent photos. Jeff

For something so expensive, I think most people would expect better photos. If you are selling something, you need to make it easy for people to see that your item is good.

Quote: He does have some good items. Check out his completed listings. Been there, done that. Despite the fact that he has sold some nice items, he has also tried at least once to sell absolute rubbish Eg: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...p=true&rt=ncItem # 110889884121If drongos like this have success in selling their cr*p, it only encourages them to sell more cr*p! He won't be getting any of my money, and I still think he's a w*nk*r! This following statement by the seller is also a load of HOGWASH! PLEASE NOTE: AUSTRALIA POST HAS INCREASED THERE PRICES BY 30% IN APRIL...... AUSTRALIA AND INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COST MAY VARY DUE TO THIS.... $12 to post 4 small coins! $1.20 + $3.05 Reg'd would more than cover it, and I just bought small padded envelopes for 11c each, so who's ripping of the customers.

I've purchased some Coins off him a few years ago,he seems OK and seems to be just a reseller. He must have access to a dealer or Pawn Shop or is indeed an Auctioneer by the variety of stuff he sells but including copies in a listing is a mistake, not worth the extra $ IMO.
