Looks from here like she's a solid EF45. Try if you can the next time to take straight-on pics of the whole coin.

EF, sharp full Liberty, 4 diamonds showing. Sharp feather details except at the tips. Under Liberty, wear shows on the hair.

Hair curl separate from ribbon, not sure(picture not clear) but appears to be full diamond detail, if so XF-45

You can buy a USB microscope stand from Lighthouse that works nicely for fine focusing. I bought one and love it.
