Depends, Broseph. For a coin to gain any premium value-wise, it should have at least a 15-degree rotation, and yours looks to be in the range of 8 or 9 or so. On the other hand, I like finding progressive sets of rotations on my coins where I can -- say a 3 degree, 6 degree, 10 degree, 15 degree, etc, for any given coin of any given year. I have a nice run of rotations in my mid-1940's pennies and nickels, ranging from about 2 degrees to almost 30. Individually they are kind of neat, but when you look at the progressive rotation of a whole set of the same coin in the same year it's actually rather interesting. The good thing is that the lesser rotations are easy to pick up, the bad thing is that above 20 degrees or so it's kind of tough. But the hunt is always the challenge!
Rest in Peace

If you like em keep em.
No real value unless at least 90 to 180 degrees.
180 degrees preferred.

I think I read that it needs to be at least 45 degrees to be considered a legit rotated die error. I would keep it anyways.

15 degrees is meant to be withih tolerance I think. Yours seems to be within that.
