Try Charles Davis for the Crosby Book, his website is on Abe Books, http://www.abebooks.com/charles-dav...-ma/53552/sf And I see the Quarterman edition is online free linked on the page you gave us. I have the Quarterman Edition, and Now I really want one of the origiaanls for the better plates and cool binding, I just don't want to pay $1K+ for a copy, so I'll keep looking.
