Pictures aren't the best. Am I seeing some wear on first two feather tip and hair above ear? A beautiful coin.

Reverse looks MS63 but Obverse shows tiny amount of wear so I'm not sure.

I too think it's a weaker strike and grades MS probably MS63RB

Are both sides 90° rotated?

I'll say if it's MS. I'll go 63. If there is wear I can't see from the pics. 58. To me, these types of coins are almost impossible to grade with pics only, unless they are super high resolution. It's a beauty either way!

Since it appears that the luster is broken across the feathers I'm not convinced that this coin is MS. Without it in hand I'm going to have to say AU58

I'm thinking whatever the grade, you paid a pretty penny for it and I would take it in a second

I am going out on a limb here:
The coin has outstanding eye appeal. There appears to be no disagreement on this point.
If it is 'ONLY' an AU 58 it would not bother me.
I have looked at MS66 and MS67 which have UGLY eye appeal. I would not have them if given to me.
I collect high XF and AU coins, saving money and enjoying [hah!] the search for eye appealing examples. [not easy]
There is NO shame in owning this coin.
A single type Indian Head cent: a 1909-S. Cannot complain about that!
