It is a fabulous gift! And I'm very particular about my coins. One G might look better to me than a VG, so I was nervous that I might not like this coin. But she's a beauty! Thank you so much Smoke!

And yes I remember you FadetoBlack. Hi!

Now, do I break it out and put it in the book or not? That slab is important for authenticity. I want it in that slab. But I want it in my book. What do I do?

Crack it out and put it in your album. I have done so with other coins and have put the TPG print in the album too. She belongs with the full sisterhood!

Muddler, I agree. My graded coins are in their Danscos with their brethren and the TPG labels taped on the inside covers. I told her I would be more than happy to free her. Hehehehe

And honey, sending it back in to ANACS if need be would not be expensive of difficult.

The new ANACS holder is designed to be cracked with the pry slots on the sides.

Nice coin Don!

No doubt that's genuine :-)

VA, if you do decide on releasing it from it's slab, keep the insert.
I usually tape mine to the back binder page of my Dansco.

Crack the slab, fill a hole, celebrate.

I'd crack it and keep the insert nearby. :) Fill that hole!

OK, so she has decided to allow me to perform a jail break. I am going to have her video it. I will post the results in another thread along with pics of the completed album.
