Assuming at least average luster, I'd agree with MS-64.
Gotta wonder how it became toned like this. Maybe kept in a Whitman-style holder for years with the reverse in contact with the paper backing?

Wow, I think it's even nicer still, but I was off - 2 points too high, guess I need to look a bit closer. Haven't been that off (by over) in quite awhile, back to grading school for me this week!
