I'm going to say AU53 with a slightly weak strike on the the stars and pole that could be mistaken for wear. The reverse left leg may also be a weak strike. Such nice color on this coin, really pretty.

I'm bouncing between 45 and 50. Nice coin. Love the early Seated quarters. One of the last bargains in early US coinage if you ask me.

I agree. They're much harder to find than most of their prices would suggest compared to other series.

AU53 I too think it's more weakly struck than wear.

PCGS gave this one XF 40

Needless to say I'm hoping for a gold bean on this one.

Me personal feeling is it should have been a slam dunk for XF 45 and low AU wasnt out of the question. There is a touch of wear on the knee somehow but the coloring does exaggerate how much wear is really there and pretty much the rest of it looks untouched with the slightest bit of rub on the right wing.
