If you can't see it I can't help ya. Start at his mouth then look at his cheek.there's a T next to the Y in Liberty. the prominent head that you see was probably the last strike to the coin.I can clearly see It both in hand and on my screen.

I'm not seeing it either. It appears to be a well circulated example of a Roosevelt dime.

Okay! You don't see it huh? I might not know everything about coins because my interest is only in American errors. And I know enough to know this was struck multiple times with maybe even a clashed die.

I see a normal dime with environmental damage. In-collar double strikes are exceedingly rare and the strikes can only be separated by rotation, not offset. A double strike with an offset second strike as you are describing would not be the same size as a normal dime, it would be larger(broadstrike) and/or out of round(off-center double strike).

I don't see anything on it either. No need to make 2 threads on the same coin.

You didn't need to start a new thread, and I have locked your other one.
You are getting sound opinions on your damaged coin.

Unfortunately, with the others, and think your seeing what you want or hope to see... It happens to all of us. I can see what your talking about, but again, unfortunately, It's most definitely not struck multiple times and definitely is just PMD.... Just a well circulated dime..

I'm not going to mention names, as you'll learn who if you stick around a while.... But some of the people on here who commented are devoted to American error coins and I'd be as bold to say some of the leading authorities on them, if they say or concur with everyone in that it's PMD.... It's PMD... Plain and simple. I mean, it can be hard not hearing what you want to hear, I understand that, but again it is what it is.... Or in this case isn't.

What I see is, around liberty is this "puffy" looking halo around the word LIBERTY. This is typically shown when a die is extremely old and worn.

Not to mention, you have to realize this is a CIRCULATED coin, once it leaves the mint, or I should say, enters normal circulation stange things can happen to these coins.
Your expecting a VF dime thats been in circulation for 47 years to hold a die clash ? Its probably damage that resembles a clash, but that clash would have to line up exactly with the reverse. if its that line you see at the bottom of the dime, thats probably a notch from some one trying to use the coin as a screwdriver or to pop open a stubborn sode or beer can tab.

There are some very seasoned collectors with much experience that have gave their professional experience. If you cannot believe our opinions, take 17 bucks, mail it off to a third party grading service. Then when it coems back, show us what it says on the label. I bet the only designation will say 10c VF, and thats it.

Most of us here aren't here to debate or argue over the determination of a coin. Provide high quality images of these areas you are seeing and then you might be able to sway a few season collector's opinions.
