They are interesting, but I don't think they would be considered RADARs

maddog, radar serial numbers read the same backwards as forwards.
e.g. 8878788
or 1234321
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Asians consider 8 a lucky number. You will see notes with three 8's in a row for sale. But all those 8's in your notes might catch someone's interest. I'd be sure to use them if I were shopping at my local Asian shop...might get a little extra tea but more likely I'd just get a smile from the woman at the dry cleaners.

Your radar as stated...was 8878788, or 132 notes sooner than your first one I will guess.. At the bank one day with Poly 10.oo's I was somewhere between 65 to 80 notes off of the Radar- I kept trying, but couldn't score it....I think I figured out after several trys that it was not there to begin with- Taken out early in banking process...,, a repeater is good note to have
