I may be wrong, but by current pics devices looks flat and shelf like Machine Doubling or pending a little clearer or close up pics possibly severe Die Deterioration Doubling.

Wait for other opinions as yours may be attributed differently by someone more knowledgeable in the dime arena. Thanks, Doug.

Definitely Die Deterioration, you can seethe flow lines everywhere on that one.

A VLDS die struck your coin. Note the flow lines in the fields and all outside device edges loosing freshness/showing die wear.

Not really. Just interesting to new collectors. after you've seen many of them, you spend them.
