Yeah, I'd find another bank after that comment too, Greg.

Thought I'd give Brink's another try- Bad Idea!

1 box: ZILCH AGAIN!

At least 2/3 coins in each roll marked- definitely a dump box.

Oh well, looking ahead to the end of the week for the 6 String & Son Boxes.

What did the markings look like---I know there is someone in the deep south (like Texas, Louisiana or Mississippi) that is marking coins with a lime olive green Sharpie from just above "IN GOD" diagonally across the obverse through to the "T" in LIBERTY to see where the searched coins end up.

Where are you located?

New Jersey

Coins were marked with either black/green/purple and going half way across the diameter from right to left (Obverse facing you)

so went to the bank with full intentions on dropping off a box of dimes depositing it into my checking account and leaving but as I walked away I couldn't help but ask if they had any halves. The lady walked away and said how many do you want...always good. I said "ALL of them" she said it was 240 dollars, so much for my deposit. Well worth it tho.
4 hole fillers one being an 82P which was my first from 82
7 40% silvers (2 67, 2 68D, 3 69D)
and one really nice looking 2006 D
the '06 is a NIFC coin right?

Yes, 2006 is a NIFC coin. Sounds like a good haul.

I was very pleased
all the silver and the NIFC came from the same wrapping
some business drops of halves at this bank and they always are good for 40% silvers, never found a 90% one in their rolls tho.
half of my rolls were these and the other half had markings from a guy who always drops off at the bank. I usually find some nice BU's in them tho, and an occasional 40% I think he missed while edge hunting

returning some more change on the other side of town today and asking for halves.
got 23.5 total and another 10 bucks to come with my next order (it was in the vault)
the 20 dollars was searched already the teller told me and it had this guys markings I see on some rolls I get.
The thing is that there was a 64 kennedy in it. The coin was pretty black in color and the rim looked to be a 40% coin. Still I don't know why he would've passed the coin up. Silver is silver to melt guys right?
I'm keeping it. :)

OK, I got 2 $500 boxes at my bank today and just decided to slice them open to take a peak. In one of the boxes, at the end of one roll, was a 1964 peaking out at me! So now I have to wait until the weekend to see what else lies hiding in there. Hope springs eternal!

There's no way I could wait. I hope there's a good reason for having to wait!

Motos, did some banking hoping at my usual branches and the tellers had a few offerings and at the end of the week the small picking ended up filling a roll. Have you had any luck lately out west
