I don't know if it's possible to post an Excel file on this forum, but I put together a simple investment spreadsheet to help track profits from half-dollar silver finds. If anyone is interested I can email it out to folks. I only know the basics with Excel, so I would love to have folks add to it and make recommendations. Thanks!

Just got $38.50 in lose halves. Scored 2x 40% and a harshly cleaned 90%. My overall numbers of 40% are way down compared to previous years, in which I usually score about 100 40%, but this is due to me having less time to go around to banks. My % (1.4%) of scoring silver is the same as last year (1.4% last year also). last year I wound up going trhough $4000 of all customer rolled or loose.

ew coins,
I dont think alot of members would be comfortable posting profits on a public fourm. It has been tried before with almost no success.

Americanamafia, I hear you there. I was just thinking posting it for download for individual's own personal use, not for posting online.

stopped in today to get something else, asked one teller for halves, had $3.50 loose, another guy $1 and then $1.50 came in a new deposit. One was a shiny white 40%, so I figured that was good. I don't think either of the guys there realized it was different.

Picked up $100 String & Son Rolls today and may have found a 1972-D RPM.. I only see one on CONECA and its listed to the North. THis one would be tilted or rotated. What you think? I dont know any reference on Kennedys. I'm strictly into Lincolns mostly. Pretty positive its an RPM though.

FINALLY got a box of halves from a teller I have gotten close with I asked him and he delivered...he likes helping me out with getting coins I go on the day they get orders and take boxes of stuff off his hands, anything I want he doesn't even have me order things special (except for these halves) Now for the bad news, the results My bank gets brinks the wrappers were like the ones from string and sons (crimped edges on both sides, but no S&S labels) right away I noticed 2006P on an edge ended up getting over 20 dollars of 04,06,07 P and D NIFC coins all good shape, also I was able to upgrade a few coins from my set I've been putting together from circulation the only hole fillers were the NIFC's but had fun and another box coming in next wednesday Hopefully my Dimes work out tonight seeing how I normally get around 3 silver dimes a box and am happy I'd take one silver half and be happy :)

Yes that looks like an RPM Kloccwork. Just to make all of you appreciate that way you get halves: I currently don't have a working car. When I get halves, I have to run over a mile and back just to get some rolls (getting used to a heavy backpack). Then when I'm done, it's all the way back again. I probably won't be doing full boxes that way though Still fun nonetheless!

Got my folks interesting in roll searching. They picked up a box yesterday and when I was over at the house we went through them. Every single roll had sharpie marks on the side of the coins! Very disappointing.
