I am totally ambivalent, but based on the feature you mentioned and certain stuff with the denticles, I'm not liking the ebay coin. Nothing strong enough to act on, though, in my opinion.

If it were REALLY "choice brilliant uncirculated" don't you think the Seller would have had the coin TPG'd to max his return?

Rare coins on ebay are not in TPG holders for a reason: 1) they usually have questionable authenticity and 2) they aren't near as nice as the Seller thinks they are.

This coin currently on ebay falls into both categories.

A little too red for my liking. My FEs are more on the yellowish bronze end of the spectrum, not that reddish copper look.

It's a fake. I was taken in by one of these a year ago. I sent it to NGC and got a "Not Genuine" flip back.

The chip in the left side of the T in CENT is the giveaway.
