Bought this for $7.50... I thought I did good. It was marked cleaned. I definitely own much worse looking cleaned coins.

The pictures are blurry and maybe even magnified some of cleaning bc I photographed it in the 2x2... I don't have time to redo the pics now because kids are home.

For 7.50, I'd snap it right up.

I recently bought a 1917 LSQ Type 1 in EF condition and I sure paid more than $7.50. The coin is not rare, but for that price it is. If you can read the date on one of these coins you are ahead of the game. Unless you get the coin in AU58 or Unc. you can't see the facial details at all. This type of coin really took a beating and was poorly designed even though the image is great. This is a coin that seems to be appreciating in value in the real market place. So many coins are depreciating even the rare ones. I see the LWH's are losing value because at least in part the price of silver continues to fall. If you buy the silver coins of the 20th Century at today's price I think you will be rewarded in a few years. There is a lot of nostalgia for silver coins and the Mercury dime comes to mind right away.
Rest in Peace

I'm not one for cleaned coins but for $7.50 on this SLQ, I'll give you thumbs up.

I'd probably pay $7.50 for any SLQ with a visible date, but I'm kinda dumb that way. Two cups of coffee vs. 100 year old silver?

Could tone it fast with a hot hard boiled egg and a ziploc baggie. May look better then, nice coin none the less.

Very good buy in my opinion. You can't buy much of anything for $7.50 these days.
