Ok guys

So some of you know that I had recently purchased a 1859 IHC graded EF40 by NNC..
The sellers listing photos were extremely bad , I knew it was a gamble and I did expect the coin to be overgraded !

The coin is clearly not EF 40 , but it does appear to be problem free ...
I need you guys to help me out here , I'm only going to keep the coin if it grades atleast VF20 ...

I am unable to grade, but...

To me the important question is not what someone else (pro or amateur) will grade the coin at,
but how much will it cost to purchase a visually better better example (that I can afford.)

IMO only.

Not enough meat left on the bone for me to call it "very fine". I'd send it back.

F-15 agree, and with that obverse spot, throw it back.

With better photos I'd bet this one is VF-20 or 25, but no way is it EF.

I don't know what you paid for it, hopefully it wasn't for an EF-40 . I agree VF-20 problem free. you should ONLY send it back if you really don't like it. IMO
