Two coins here.
Surface looks 'pasty', there is no patina or lustre. Not good for a coins that otherwise proport to be in AU condition. The example with a black background looks sharper, but the surface on the king's neck still looks 'pasty'. There is an incuse 'F' on the truncation of the neck, I don't know what is the significance this is.
Do a comparative ring tone test against known genuine rupees.

They both look fake to me, especially the first one. They both have rough looking surfaces and multiple spots on the obverse.

This coin (cleaned unfortunately" is genuine. Look at this coin and compare it to the coins you have. Looking at your 2 coins with all the "dots" on them makes me think that they are unfortunately fakes. I hope I am wrong but that is the feeling I get looking at your images.

Agreed, they are fake. But the weight of both coins are beautifully matched.

Random blobs of metals are not a promising sign. The text is slightly less refined. Do you have a photo of the edges by any chance?

They both look cleaned which could account for the dullness.
Are all the "blobs" on the obverse of the first coin metal, or are some of them dust? It's hard to tell from the photo.

That's a nice coin @ trout1105
You might want to get the variety confirmed.
And do you have any more of these?
