They destroyed the old Mercury dime dies? This wouldn't be a modern backdoor thing would it?

If it was a mistake maybe they sold it to someone cheaply as a novelty. Was error collecting big back in the day?

No, it's not real. As has been mentioned, these have been appearing with some regularity since the announcement of a certified Roosevelt nail error a few months back.

You gotta give those Chinese credit for not wasting time when swooping in for a kill.

Shill bidding for sure if you check the 81% bid record for this seller from the high bidder.

Over $1000. Zero feedback.

Hopefully no one will be fooled.
