Wow! Very nice 1870 IHC (typically weakly struck), excellent feather detail, 4 full diamonds and very few obv contact marks. MS64 RB

OK, it was a bit of a trick question. The strike is especially nice because it's a proof. The mirrors are only moderately deep and my photos do make it look like it might be a business strike. You folks were all pretty close on the numeric grade.

I'm not ready to sell since this coin has an important job as the Indian cent in my type collection! I bought it as a post-auction "bargain" on the Heritage website. It apparently did not attract the necessary reserve bid during the auction itself. Here is their photo of the slab:
