I'm bouncing between AU-55 and 58. I also think the coin has possibly been overdipped.

It does look high AU and I've seen such pieces in low MS holders. My grade guesstimate is AU55.

Just the slightest hint of handling - I'm going to say AU-58 but this one is really borderline mint state.
