He could very easily cover his bases by merely saying artificially toned in the description, but he doesn't. So I suspect they are in violation of ebay listing policies.

I made it through a few pages, did not see any that looked good to me. I can make them that good .. Or better. I am not sure what the ebay rules are, but I think the seller should be stating that the coins are artificial toned.

Beauty eh.
He's selling most of them as novelty coins for under $10. They'd still pass in a bank, whereas my train-smashed and street-kill coins don't.
