I just received a 1919 20 centavo. That coin completes the main section of my Mexico type album. I do have the gold page, but I consider those coins bullion and plan on taking them out. I recently started putting better and gold coins into the bank SDB. So ..at this time I consider this album complete. This album has been out of print for decades. I was lucky enough to pick one up that is in good shape. Doing this album really opened my eyes to harder to find Mexican coins. Now I will be more aware of what coins to watch for, when looking through foreign coin bins. I am at heart a hole filler ... so not all coins are top condition. But if better grades to come along, I will pick them up. Page one Top of page one Bottom of page one

Cool does not even begin to describe that album. I love that $5 T-IV Hidalgo and Wreath. Thanks for sharing and congrats on finishing it!

Awesome job! Compared to the US type album, this one money wise doesn't come close, but still some of those silvers are a bit hard to find! Congrats on the accomplishment! :D

Very nice! I have a baggie somewhere with the beginnings of a Mexico type set, pieced from my lot finds from last year.
I assume this album dates from the late 70s or early 80s? I know they aren't valuable, but I love the huge chunky coins from the period of inflation in the 80s, especially the crown sized $50. Any plans to expand the album, or are you just focusing on upgrades or your next project?

I want more cap and rays type. For upgrades, if better examples come into the LCS I will try to pick them up. Next I think I will be putting some focus on my Canada type albums.

Nice job!
I never could find a reasonably priced dansco so went with 2x2 20 pocket pages. My Mexico type set has 154 of 159 total coins (no gold). Almost done!

Really a lovely collection. This is a perfect example of whey type coin collecting is so popular, regardless of the country. You get to see a bunch of neat different types page after page. Congratulations.
